I will always remember Ted as a man who expressed high principals and a positive attitude during his failing health...also the twinkle in his eyes!
My sincere sympathy to Joyce and his very supportive family.

We will remember Ted's smile and his determination while in Lexington. His scooter at the tiki bar meant good stories and laughs were on the way! Our thoughts go out to Joyce and the family.

I met Ted at the Bocce courts when he used his motorized cart to play. He was a courageous man and didn't let his handicap slow him down. An inspiration for all.

Ted was a good friend with a great sense of humor. I always enjoyed listening to his stories about when he was 'On the job' as a policeman. Our deepest condolences go to Joyce and his children.

Ted was a wonderful person; a true "man's man" with the guys and the sweetest "teddy bear" with the ladies. He was a good competitor, a good teammate and a great friend. He will be missed. -- Our prayers and condolences to Ted's family.

Ted and I were partners in a radio car in the 107th Precinct in the 1960's. I will miss him greatly. He was a dear friend and the best Police Officer I worked with in 36 years in the NYPD. Carol and I send our condolences to Joyce and the family. He will always be in my prayers. Ted was truly the Finest of the Finest.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this sad time. He is gone but will never be forgotten. Will never forget his saying whoawhoawhoa on the bocce courts.
